Your shredder will need oil

Keeping your shredder well lubricated is an essential part of ensuring the long, smooth running of the unit.

After a period of time shredders that are not oiled will start to shred fewer sheets, be prone to jamming and may affect your manufacturers warranty.

Fellowes C-320C - good security - paper is sometimes difficult to feed into the horizontal orientated feed - the door sometimes is difficult to close when a bin liner is used in the collection bin - but generally the machine works well - in particular I like the high degree of security afforded by the cross cut - good value machine for the money - works well as the only shredder in our business of 10 people - helps to keep us streamlined and paperless (nearly).

I would rate the service and price from TradeShredders.com when purchasing our Fellowes C320C as 5 out of 5. I compared prices for the shredder at many online suppliers and also our local supplier and no-one else could come anywhere close to your price for the same product. Ordering and delivery were also very straight-forward.

The shredder itself I would rate 4 out of 5 (deducting 1 point only because it is noisy and sounds very aggressive!!). The reason we chose this shredder was because it shreds into finer pieces than the previous model we had and has a large capacity bin which means we don't have to change the bags as often as we did before - which is great!!
