I find the machine works OK for small amounts but can not handle large volumes.
Also there is ambiguity about oiling, as the machine has a 'no oil' sign listed on the front, but when you phone REXEL for instructions, whilst waiting the answer machine suggest the problem you are phoning about may be due to not having oiled the machine. Which is correct?
As long as I keep it's use limited to small amounts it seems to be behaving OK.
Also there is a label top right of machine affixed which is hard to read. What is the purpose of this label? Lastly the cut does tend to create a powdery atmosphere in the room

This is a good spec shredder for its money. Overall it performs well but you do have to be careful not to exceed the recommended maximum sheet input. We have a number of these Shredders but over the years staff have managed to distroy a couple by overloading them.
